Version: okemily-terms-v1-2026-09-02
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of okemily.com and the related services operated by EINHORN_INDUSTRIAL ("we," "us," "our"), including this website, the developer portal, the blog and TYLER reading room, the API playground, and the community game servers we operate (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Services and that they've agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Some parts of the Services (the developer portal, admin tools, the community game servers) require an account, created either via Google Sign-In or a local email/password login. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at emilyspringerton@gmail.com if you think an account has been compromised.
You agree not to:
We can suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
EINHORN_INDUSTRIAL is an early-stage effort. Features, endpoints, game worlds, and even entire services described on this site may change, be discontinued, or reset without notice. We build and operate on live production systems, not curated demos — that means things sometimes break in the open. Don't rely on any Service, API, or game world state being permanent.
A large majority of our code is public on GitHub, and a substantial share of it is released into the public domain — see the individual repositories at github.com/emilyspringerton for the specific license terms that apply to each one; they are not all the same license, and the license actually stated in a given repository controls over any general statement here. Content on this website itself (copy, design, the EINHORN_INDUSTRIAL name and marks) is owned by us unless stated otherwise. You may not use our name or marks to imply endorsement without asking first.
The Services rely on third parties for specific functions — Google (sign-in), Mailchimp (sending email updates), and GitHub (hosting our public code). Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' own terms. We aren't responsible for third-party services' availability or conduct.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EINHORN_INDUSTRIAL and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services — even if we've been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You can stop using the Services at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. We'll update the version number at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
